Account privacy

A little clarity.

We use your name, email address, a protected password hash, recovery-code hash and account creation date to run your Folicora & Co. account. Your password and recovery code are not stored in plain text. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days; signing out revokes that session. We also keep short-lived security counters to limit repeated login attempts.

Your account is stored using Cloudflare infrastructure through this website’s hosting service. Creating an account unlocks the displayed catalogue prices; it does not place an order, verify salon status, or subscribe you to marketing. You can delete your account while signed in. Automated recovery emails are not enabled: keep your recovery code safe.
